I have been an athlete all of my life...wait a second, that's not true. At age 6 my parents got me into sports, soccer namely, because I was the most uncoordinated kid on the planet. Tripping over ones own showlaces couldn't hold a candle to my clumsiness. So in effort to help gain some balance, coordination, strength, agility, power, speed, accuracy and the like I began my road of fitness, or rather, it was begun for me. (Thanks mom and dad!)
Clumsiness is not so much a factor now, but i still work on all of the above daily, sharpening those tools the best I can at that moment, and help clients to acheive their very best each time they come!
Why fitness? What other performed activity could be so beneficial to every aspect of ones life, eg. the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states, could be so infectious to other people that THEY too want better themselves as human beings... other than fitness!?
